I initially chose to do Iago’s monologue from a suggestion because I wanted a good villainous character, so I looked at several different monologues that Iago has but i was quite bad at research so i only found modernized versions of his monologues, i was approaching the deadline and found the one that i performed. It wasn’t particularly evil but it was a good easy monologue to get my head around. However I left my line learning for last and didn’t remember them so well in the start of the year…

As I revisited it now I fully remembered the lines and my delivery was solid, but it is quite a difficult monologue to act out in my opinion and I didn’t know what to do with my body whilst i was on stage performing, I had no idea what to do with my arms or legs so i was mainly stood still, but it was a drastic improvement from from the first time I performed it
